Description
Amendment A001 6/29/2012 - Amendment A001 Posted ******** WA FS FSR 99(1), FSR 99 Culvert Replacement and Roadway Repairs, Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Skamania County, WA. This project consists of.1 miles of removal and replacement of culvert and roadway repairs. See "Description of Work" for additional details. NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WA FS FSR 99(1), FSR 99 Culvert Replacement and Roadway Repairs will be solicited to the 7, WA AREA 8(a) MATOC Contractors. Information on the IDIQ contractors may be found on our web site at: http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/contracting/construction/idiq/wa-area.htm This project is anticipated to be solicited Summer of 2012. Tentatively, work shall be completed by 9/17/2012. Estimated PRICE RANGE is less than $500,000.00. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
