Description

This acquisition is for the procurement of general construction services to construct a new 19,032 square foot Protective Care Unit (PCU) Building for the VA Roseburg Healthcare System located in Roseburg, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, supervision and equipment to construct the new building. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS is 236220 applies, Size Standard is$33.5 million. The construction magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 13, 2012.
