- Drawing Sheet 1 Specifications Wage Determination Solicitation Package Drawing Sheet 2 USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Harlingen Irrigation Drainage District #1, Cameron County, Texas. The project is to repair Site 44, vinyl sheet pilings in the vicinity of the City of Harlingen, Texas. Work includes drainfill and rock riprap and Class B site preparation. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Price Range: $25,000 - $100,000
