Description: The purpose of this amendment is to issue corrections and clarifications. a.ADDENDUM NO. 1. provides answers and clarifications to solicitation documents. b.Photos and information from core sampling are attached. c.Due to government omission there is no sign in sheet for the site walk conducted June 20. d.The Amendment number on the SF30 posted 6/19 is incorrect. Change to read A0002. e.Contractors shall acknowledge the following amendments on each copy of their SF1442 bid submitted. A copy of all SF30s is attached as file "SF30 AMENDMENTS." 1.A0001 dated 6/8/12 - correct the published site walk date to Thursday, June 14. 2.A0002 dated 6/19/12 - issue clarifications and schedule second site visit 3.A0003 dated 6/29/12 - issue corrections and clarifications and extend closing date The closing date is extended 6 calendar days. Bids are due Monday, July 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. CDT. BIDS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE MINNEAPOLIS ADDRESS SHOWN IN Block 7 OF THE SF1442 AND MARKED TO THE ATTENTION OF KATHRYN CROWTHERS.
