- The dates included in this announcement are approximate and may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Actual dates will be established at the time the solicitation is made available. This is a pre-solicitation announcement with a synopsis of the requested service. A complete Statement of Work (SOW) will be available upon release of the solicitation. Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, intends to solicit quotes for services that consist of determining if selected sites are eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NR) which belong to or are under management of Reclamation in the Dakotas Area Office (DKAO) meet criteria of eligibility for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The following is ONLY a synopsis, not a request for quotes. The solicitation will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. Solicitation number R12PX60280 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. In order to download a copy of the solicitation, vendors are encouraged to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company DUNS Number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). The solicitation and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites on or after July 5th, 2012. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541720 with a Small Business Size Standard iof $19.0 million. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for contract award (no exceptions). Registrations can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number, Federal tax ID number, and banking information are required for registrations. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Upon release of the solicitation, quotes may be submitted electronically. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement and the resulting solicitation at any time. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation.
