- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small-business only. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58, Effective 18 May 2012. CLIN 0001 2 EACH A pair of BiCon antennas with nominal specifications as follows. Frequency range 30 MHz to 300 MHz, Power handling 1 watts continuous, Gain -15 to 0 dBi, Type N connector, 1/4x20 mounting provision for tripod mounting in horizontal or vertical polarization. Such as ETS 3110C, AH Systems SAS-540, Com Power AB-900 or equal. CLIN 0002 2 EACH A pair of Double Ridge horn antennas with nominal specifications as follows. Frequency range 1 GHz to 18 GHz, Power handling 200 watts continuous, Gain 6 to 14 dBi, Type N connector, 1/4x20 mounting provision for tripod mounting in horizontal or vertical polarization. Such as ETS 3117, AH Systems SAS-571, Com Power AH-118 or equal CLIN 0003 2 EACH A pair of Double Ridge WRD-180 waveguide horn antennas including waveguide to coax adapters, nominal specifications as follows. Frequency range 18 GHz to 40 GHz, Power handling 1 watts continuous, Gain 14 to 19 dBi (higher or lower is also acceptable), 2.92mm ("K") connector, removable coax to WRD-180 adapter (alternate tap and clear holes), 1/4x20 mounting provision for tripod mounting in horizontal or vertical polarization. Such as AH Systems SAS-574, Com Power AH-840, Q-Par WBH18-40 or equal. CLIN 0004 2 EACH A pair of WR-19 waveguide horn antennas including waveguide to coax adapters, nominal specifications as follows. Frequency range 40 GHz to 60 GHz, Power handling 1 watt continuous, Gain 14 to 17 dBi (3 dB lower is also acceptable), 1.85 mm connector, removable coax to WR-19 adapters (alternate tap and clear holes), 1/4x20 mounting provision for tripod mounting in horizontal or vertical or polarization.
