- SOW This is a combined/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-58). This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation number for this acquisition is NIH-OLAO-OD5-2558626 and the solicitation is being issued as a Notice of Intend (NOI) and being issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 253 (c ) and HHSAR 306.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813990, and the small-business size standard is $7.0 million. This solicitation is to obtain Women of color health information collection to specifically examine and update the factors affecting the health of women of color, including Native Americans, Hispanics, and Black Americans, Asian Americans, adolescents, and the elderly. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Instructions for further tasks of this requirement.
