Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Winter Haven Delineated Area: North: U.S. HWY 92/U.S. HWY 17; South: U.S. HWY 60; East: U.S. HWY 27; West: U.S. HWY 17 / Spirit Lake Rd / 42 St NW/ Charlotte Rd Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,850 ABOA plus 200 square feet of warehouse space. Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,050 ABOA plus 200 square feet of warehouse space. Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Unreserved surface spaces for GOVs. An additional 26 spaces should be available for visitors and POVs within a walkable two (2) blocks at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates. Parking Spaces (Surface): 21 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· All space must be on the ground floor of any offered building. In addition to the space outlined above, approximately 300 sf of fenced, gated and canopied wareyard is required. A 6' X 6' area within the wareyard shall be available for installation of a 200 gallon storage tank for use by the agency to store quaternary ammonia. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
