Sources Sought Notice Identification Number: W9128F-12-S-M011 This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The Omaha District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified members of the Small Business Community (Small Business (SB), Small Disabled Small Business (SDB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) and Section 8(a) Participant(s) or small business-led teams, and small business joint ventures that qualify under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors. The responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this project. Responses are to be sent via email to justine.a.womboldt@usace.army.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT, 9 July 2012. Project Description: Furnish all services for demolition and abatement, materials, supplies, tools, equipments, site investigations, superintendence and travel as required in connection of demolishing a building 5,000-10,000 sq FT. This project consists of demolition, abatement and disposal of rubble, hazardous material (HM) and/or hazardous waste (HW), site grading, and seeding of demolished site - Ft. Carson Area Complex. Remove all demolition debris, to include concrete, from the site. Recycle to the greatest extent possible the following items, but not limited to: clean concrete, wood flooring, metal, heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC) units and equipment, appliances, fixtures, windows, doors, cabinetry. Recycle/reuse a minimum of 50% of demolition debris. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and other hazardous items. Submission Details All interested, capable, qualified and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this market survey request. Interested Contractors must furnish the following information: 1.What is your company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address? 2.What is your company CAGE code and DUNS number? 3.What is your business size in relation to the NAICS code 238910? 4.What is your geographic span? 5.What is your bonding capability? Include contract and aggregate limits 6.Are you able to obtain Security Clearances for your firm's members and those of our partnerships with subcontractors, etc? 7.Are you interested in participating as a leader or a member of a small business-led team? A.If so, specify what type of team arrangement (joint venture, prime contractors/subcontractors, other) B.Provide a list of potential team members and associated disciplines, if known. C.Describe your current/anticipated team management structure. Past Performance Information: 8.Please provide any past performance information for the previous 3 years that clearly demonstrates familiarity and experience with the requirements. For each project, include the following information: a.Size, term, and complexity of job b.Information on your role as either a prime contractor or subcontractor and c.Point of contact (POC) at the agency or prime contractors organization to verify contact information, including name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information on the specific tasks you performed on the project. 9.Please provide a brief description of your experience either managing a team or acting as a member of a team of businesses. Provide POCs (name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number) that can verify this experience.
