- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-12-T-0025 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-54. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS code for this procurement is 326122, Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing; size standard 500 Employees, for a Firm Fixed Price contract. The government intends to make a single award for one lump sum. Offers for less than the required items requested will not be accepted. The Government intends to award without discussions (while reserving the right to hold discussions if determined advantageous to the Government), and offerors are encouraged to provide their best proposed pricing in their initial offer. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: Reference the Attachments posted with this solicitation under the "Additional documentation" link toward the bottom of this announcement: DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Delivery shall be completed within (60) days of contract award Delivery shall be made to the following location: (FOB Destination); CLIN 0001 - 0004 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lake Ouachita Field Office 1201 Blakely Dam Rd Royal, AR 71968 CLIN 0005 - 0008 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lake Greeson Field Office 155 Dynamite Hill Rd Murfreesboro, AR 71958 EVALUATION OF OFFERS: This is a competitive acquisition being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. All quotes submitted will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability, Delivery Capability & Price. The government will issue award to the offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price of those determined to meet at least the minimum requirements for Technical Acceptability and Delivery. Technical Acceptability for this procurement is defined as the capability to provide all the supply items as specified in the attached specifications. The contractor shall certify with their offer that they are capable of meeting the specified delivery schedule as defined in the specifications. Pre-Award Submittals; It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient technical information for the Government to determine the technical specifications, delivery schedule and price of the Items being offered. Failure to submit sufficient information for the government to determine technical acceptability, delivery schedule or price may be cause for rejection of your quote.
