- This pre-solicitation notice is for the 377th MP Command MOTSU, Southport, NC for 3-23 JULY 2012. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance (s) (standard business, liability, extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 3-23 JULY 2012. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 27 JUNE 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation estimated at 29 JUNE 2012 11AM East Coast Time. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS should be registered on ORCA Internet Site https://orca.bpn.gov/.
