Performance is estimated on or before October 1, 2012. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking proposals from all responsible business concerns having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services within a ten mile radius of 1306 Gibbs Street, Del Rio, TX 78840. Location should be within the Del Rio Transportation local transportation routes and within the United States. Performance Period under this contract will be for a one year base period estimated to begin on June 1, 2012 with four additional one year option periods, with service ending (if all option years are renewed)on May 31, 2017. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. The request for proposal will be available on or after April 11, 2012 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the proposal will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about April 27, 2012. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible business concerns may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
