Description

Midwest Archeological Center of Lincoln, Nebraska request the services to collect Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data for the entirety of Hopewell Culture National Historical Park in Ohio and selected external reas, emphasizing those earthworks present in the study area. Vendors must be aware of the physical expression of these cultural landforms--including conical mounds, trails, low earthen enclosures and other archeological features--taking care they are not lost during the post-processing of the data. This project is set-aside for a small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541370. Small business size standard is $14.0M. Type of award will be a firm-fixed price service. The Service Contract Act for wage determinations will apply. The award will be based on evaluation factors of technical-key personnel, past performance and price. The solicitation along with clauses and attachments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 12, 2012. Any amendments will be issued electronically on the same website. To receive a government award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr. gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
