- Description
- This an award notice for DLA Disposition Services requirement for all non-personal services necessary for the pickup, removal, and disposal of assorted RCRA, non-RCRA, non-state regulated waste, management services such as tank cleaning, lab packing, analyses, etc for contract No. SP4500-12-D-0018, Norfolk, VA and surrounding locations. This contract is a firm-fixed, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is a single award contract. The NAICS code is 562211. The contract is for an 18-month base period, and two 18-month option periods. The contract contains FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Under FAR 52.217-8 the Government may require continued performance of any service, within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract, for a total extension period not to exceed 6-months. Performance is by the issuance of individual written task orders against the contract. Contractor and subcontractors must meet all Federal, State and local laws and regulations governing the handling, disposal, and transportation of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material and comply with environmental protection laws.
