Final RFP Questions Set 3 Attachment 14 - PWS Systems and Modular - Tier II Attachment 13 - CDRL A002 - Program Management Review Attachment 12 - CDRL A001 - Sys and Modular Reporting Attachment 10 - Furniture Pricing Matrix v 2.0 Attachment 09 - Panel System Typicals Attachment 08 - Customer Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 07 - Vendor Past Performance Form Attachment 04 - Demountable Wall Requirements Attachment 03 - Stackable Panel Requirements Attachment 02 - Monolithic Panel Requirements FA8057-12-R-0001 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to make a mixture of administrative and substantive changes to solicitation FA8057-12-R-0001. These changes are in response to industry feedback and as result of questions and answers posted to date. This list is provided for the convenience of potential Offerors; however, this does not relieve potential Offerors of their responsibility to thoroughly review this entire amendment. Changes include: 1. Requirements in Attachment 2 - Monolithic Panel Requirements, Attachment 3 - Stackable Panel Requirements and Attachment 4 - Demountable Wall Requirements. Attachment 2 changes: Requirement 5, 68, 73, 76, 85, 96, 112, 114, 135. Attachment 3 changes: 5, 85, 90, 93, 102, 113, 131, 133, 154 and Attachment 4 changes: Requirement 29. 2. Minor administrative correction in Attachment 7. 3. Recency and relevancy criteria in Attachment 8 - Customer Past Performance Questionnaire. Also, Section II, paragraph L was added. 4. Verbiage in the "Standard Components per Cubicle" area as well as visual changes have been made in CLIN 0001AP, 0001AQ, 0001BP, 0001BQ, 0001CA, 0001CB, 0001CC of Attachment 9 - Panel System Typicals. 5. Removal of White Laminate Glass and Painted Glass from the "Demountable Walls" worksheet in Attachment 10 - Furniture Pricing Matrix. Also, minor clarifications were made to the "Price Matrix Instructions" worksheet including clarification regarding GSA Tier I and GSA Tier II pricing. This amendment changes the title of the electronic file for Attachment 10 to "Attachment 10 - Furniture Pricing Matrix v 2.0". From this date forward this is the appropriate document to use when the RFP references Attachment 10. 6. Column 15 of Attachment 12 - CDRL A001 - Sys and Modular Reporting, has changed to "Date Acceptance - Inspection Signed" in addition to changes in its respective instructions. 7. Remarks BLK 11, BLK 12 and 2(a) in Attachment 13 - CDRL A002 - Program Management Review. In addition, Attachment 13 includes minor administrative corrections. 8. Sections in Attachment 14 including 3.1.7, 3.1.21, 3.2.6, 3.2.14, 3.2.22, 3.2.24, 3.2.29, 3.4, 3.4.1, 3.4.4, 3.5.4, 3.5.7, 3.5.8, 3.5.10, 3.5.12, 3.5.13, 3.5.14, 3.5.15, 3.5.16, 3.5.20, 3.5.21, 3.5.22, 3.5.23, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6. Also, since section 7.0, Additional Services Information, was added, all paragraphs formerly following paragraph 6.0 have increased by one (1) (e.g., Quality Assurance was originally section 7.0, but is now section 8.0). 9. Please see block 14 of the SF 30, Amendment of Solicitation, for details on changes to the RFP. In addition, this post includes a spreadsheet, Final RFP Questions Set 3, containing a number of questions and answers that the Furnishings Commodity Council has received, including those addressed during Solicitation Question Sessions.
