- Description
- The purpose of this Sources Sought / Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Doors, Windows and Hardware IAW the following part numbers: 13014015, 13014013, 13014014, 13014016, and 12339464. The proposed requirement would be issued as an 8(a) Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification is 336992. Firms must provide a capabilities statement that they can provide typical machine shop work including but not limited to: laser cutting, forming, machining, plating and molding fiberglass panels. Please provide evidence that you have the capability to provide each of these processes. A company must complete 51% of the work in-house to be considered 8(a). Please respond no later than COB 2 JULY 2012 by email to RIA-JMTC Contract Specialist, Amy Nissen at AMY.L.NISSEN.CIV@MAIL.MIL. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Rock Island Arsenal will only utilize the information you provide in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
