- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of six NSNs being bought to Shaw Development (CAGE 59647) part numbers. The FSCs for this requirement are: 2540, 2910, 4330 and 5930. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and one option year is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 2 years. Solicitation is unrestricted. Other than Full & Open Competition applies. The solicitation will be available on July 11, 2012 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Quantity ranges and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Trade Agreements Act applies to FSC 2540, 2910 and 4330. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability of providing a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
