Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. Solicitation Number P12PS22808 is issued as an Invitation to Bid (IFB) the purchase and delivery of Keim Soldalit ME in color 18103-4, Keim Soldalit Dilution and Keim Sealer. Materials shall be delivered in two separate deliveries to: National Park Service, Historic Preservation Training Center, 106 Commerce Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The first delivery shall take place on or before July 23, 2012 and shall include: half of the Keim Soldalit ME in color 18103-4, 60 liters of Keim Soldalit Dilution and 9 liters of Keim Sealer. The second delivery shall take place on or before August 14, 2012 and shall include the remaining Keim Soldalit ME in color 18103-4. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-58 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 325510, Size Standard of 500 Employees. The Solicitation is unrestricted. Pricing shall be provided in the following format: (1) 220 kilograms of Keim Soldalit ME in color 18103-4, $____________________, (2) 60 liters of Keim Soldalit Dilution, $__________________, 9 Liters of Keim Sealer, $_______________________ and 2 Deliveries to Frederick, MD, $________________________. Destination; FAR 52.249-8 Default (Fixed Price Supply-Service. Written Bids shall be submitted in an original copy by no later than 12:00 p.m. on July 9, 2012 to: Historic Preservation Training Center, 4801A Urbana Pike, Frederick, Maryland 21704. Fax or Email bids ARE NOT authorized. Bids shall include the following information: (1) All with pricing, broken down in the above format. (2) Completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. (3) Originally signed copy of Standard Form 1449 downloadable through: http://acquisition.gov/comp/far/index.html, go to GSA Forms Library, Standard Form (SF), scroll down to SF1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. On the Standard Form 1449, the Bidder shall guarantee that pricing is good for 90 days after receipt of bids; (4) confirmation of registration in Contractor Central Registry (CCR) www.ccr.gov; and (5) Dunn and Bradstreet Number. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract on or before July 10, 2012.
