- RFP VA528-12-R-0463 is issued to assist with establishing a committed source of supply for the distribution and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to the Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, New York., which is located within VA Health Care Network Upstate New York (VISN 2). Contract period shall be August 1, 2012, or date of award, whichever is earlier, through July 31, 2013. Any contract awarded under the solicitation will include four (4) one-year option periods which may be exercised by the Government. This is an unrestricted acquisition and the solicitation will be issued using the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, 2875 Union Road Suite 3500, Cheektowaga, NY 14227, ATTN: Lauren Helming, Contract Specialist, or sent electronically to Lauren.Helming@va.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. Registration at http://www.ccr.gov (CCR) is required in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
