Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA786-12-R-0112 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to "Raise, Realign, Reset & Clean" upright and flat headstones and renovate all turf in the designated sections at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA. 92166. The contract performance period is one year from date of receipt of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard is $19.0 million. No telephone requests for information will be accepted. Any questions should be sent by email and addressed to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at joselito.roman@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about June 26, 2012. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., July 24, 2012. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
