- PWS Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) No. DTOMC15065 is to inform the vendor community of DISA's proposed contract action. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to IBM Corporation based on FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Offeror must be registered in the Contractor Central Registration (CCR). The purpose of this procurement is to provide the CTO with the ability to integrate third party capabilities which once integrated into the ASF harness will be present as an Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) enabled service. The requirement will provide Software Maintenance and Sustainment of the Assure Sharing Framework (ASF) baseline in the Fort Meade lab (FML3). DISA requires the following supply/service: see attached PWS CLIN Structure: Base Period: 0001- 12 Month software Maintenance and support Firm Fixed Price $ Option Period I: 1001 -12 Month software Maintenance and support Firm Fixed Price $ The period of performance is 12 Months plus one year option period. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a size standard of $4.5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract. It is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFQ will be available for competitive proposals. Responses shall be submitted electronically to steven.d.gagnon2.civ@mail.mil no later than 11 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on June 27, 2012. Quote must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Shipments are to be F.O.B. Destination. Shipping address will be providing upon contract award. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
