- RFQ- Read carefully and complete entirely. The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is posting a requirement for a single purchase order (PO). This PO will be a single award for delivery assurance and adminsitrative assistance. Delivery will be within the Continental United States (CONUS). Prices are requested on an FOB Destination bases. Vendors are requested to provide their best delivery leadtime, all leadtimes must be submitted on quote in order to be considered for award. This acquisition is NOT a total small business set-aside. Please find attached the RFQ and salient characteristics for the museum quality lighting display system requested for a military museum. Item has been approved for brand name or equal purchase.
