Description
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The 647th Contracting Squadron located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Oahu, Hawaii, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for the moving of and disassembly/reassembly of furniture, which will be located at JBPHH. The requirement consists of, but not limited to, the following: Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, personnel, supervision, and any other items/services necessary to move items from one location to another and a supply of boxes. Work to consist of disassembling and moving furniture, furnishing, fixtures, and equipment from one location to another and to reassemble all disassembled items in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. The period of performance/contract completion time is anticipated to be a period of eight (8) months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 484210. This is a total woman-owned small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $25.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is 9 July 2012. The tentative date for the site visit is on-or-about 12 July 2012 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (HST) at, JBPHH, Bldg. 1102, Oahu, HI 96853. Interested contractors shall contact Ms. Emi Kiyoi, PACAF/PMO Director, for coordination to the site from the installation access gate. She can be contacted either by phone: (808) 449-4618 or by email: Emi.Kiyoi@hickam.af.mil. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 25 July 2012. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR MPIN in order to log in to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Registration instructions can be found on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf. (Please note the registration for access to the secure site takes approximately five (5) business days. PLAN ACCORDINGLY). All contractors interested in this project must register at this site. The plans and specifications will be available only at the Federal Business Opportunities system. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); 2) DUNS Number and CAGE Code; 3) Telephone Number; 4) E-Mail Address.
