- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX (MICC-Fort Bliss) intends to award a sole source purchase order for Joint Task Force (JTF) North, to XETA Technologies, 13753 W. Holly Street, Goodyear, AZ, 85395 Authority Cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1) Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The procurement requires Renewal of the Nortel CS-1000 PBX Contract; Nortel CallPilot Partner Assurance Technology Support; and Nortel CS1000 Partner Assurance Technology Support. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS Code is 517210 and the SBA Size standard is 1,500 employees. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the MICC Fort Bliss. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the offeror can provide all of the requirements. Responses must be received no later than 09 July 2012, 9:00 (0900) AM, Mountain Time Zone (M.S.T.).
