The Department of Veterans Affairs Health Information Technology Service (HITS) intends to issue a delivery order against the existing Library of Congress/FEDLINK Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract # LC09D7010 with Ovid Technologies, Inc. for access to UpToDate; base year services will be continued through July 31, 2013. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
