- Description
- RFQ The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement for on-site research and customer support for "Transportation Performance Management Capacity Building Program" (PMPCB). The PMPCB program will help connect people to performance-based management information they need to perform their jobs more effectively, such as translating measurable goals and objectives into highway investment strategies and actions to achieve a desired level of system performance. All interested parties shall submit their offer in accordance with the solicitation. The solicitation and all related documents and amendments to the solicitation, if any, will be released and available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. Interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since the solicitation is only available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FBO website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer. The award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation and represent the best value to the Government. This requirement will be awarded on an unrestricted basis and is a simplified acquisition, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. All awards will be under the simplified acquisition threshold.
