- NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial services: An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period for Organization Development Services covering team develpoment, conflict management, strategy development, managerial on-boarding, knowledge management, succession management, organization analysis and design, and change management; Professional Coaching/Consulting Services covering executive coaching, team coaching, business coaching, developmental coaching, transition coaching, and performance consulting; and Leadership Development Training covering short courses of 2 to 3 days in length as well as long-term development programs. The resulting contract will contain the 'Extension of Services' clause allowing for a maximum five (5) month extension to the 5-year ordering period. The minimum amount ordered under the contract over the 5 years will be $100 thousand and the maximum amount will be $4 million.In the event the $4 million ceiling is reached before the end of the 5 year ordering period, the contract will include a clause permitting the Government to raise the maximum contract value by up to 20% ($800,000.00). THERE WILL BE AN INDUSTRY DAY TELECONFERENCE AFTER THE RFP IS RELEASED. Information on the date and time as well as how to register will be posted at this site under this solicitation number. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $7 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP NNC12ZDO013 is on or about Jujne 28, 2012 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about August 10, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
