Attachment A - Instructions and evaluation Commercial Clauses Statement Of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NB686020-12-03563 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The requested delivery date must be no later than 6 months ARO. The NAICS classification is 332710. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to procure a Demagnetization Refrigerator. See the attached Statement of Work for details.
