- Exhaust Cover Diagram Hud Cover Diagram Alpha Cover Diagram (2) Intake Cover Diagram Alpha Cover Diagram (1) Emblem Logo & Tail Number This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4A2002138A001 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 314912. The small business size standard is 500 employees. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This RFQ consists of the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Quantity 32 Lot, Dash 21 F22 Covers comprising of the following: Intake Cover X 2 Exhaust Cover X 2 Alpha Cover X 2 Seat Cover X 1 Protector-Ecs Duct Plugs X 2 Hud Covers X 1 Intake Cover 11" Emblem X 2 Intake Tail Number 3" X 2 Exhaust Cover 11" Emblem X 2 Exhaust Tail Numer 3" X 2 Seat Cover 11" Emblem X 1 Seat Cover Tail Number 3" X 1 Hud Cover 6" Emblem X 1 Hud Cover Tail Number 1" X 1 The above items shall have specifications matching the attached diagrams. ***If submitting an "Or Equal" item, offerors shall submit documentation demonstrating the "equal" meets all the attached specifications and submit all applicable literature with their quote. See FAR Clause 52.211-6 requirements regarding "Brand Name or Equal." All quotes must reflect FOB Destination.*** EVALUATION FACTORS: In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factor(s) considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Capability: The offeror's proposals will be evaluated against the attached specifications on a pass/fail basis. 2.
