Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs- Community Support Program (CSP) located in Madison, WI, desires to lease up to 7,000 sq ft of office space in the Madison, WI area for use as a veteran's Homeless Community Support Program. The area of consideration is within a two mile radius of 2500 Overlook Terrace.The preferred and must be handicapped accessible. Space must be ready for occupancy by December 01, 2012. The following are the space requirements: 1 reception area, 1 waiting room, 3 private office size rooms, 3 shared office, 3 storage, 1 medication room, 1 housekeeping closet, 1 IT closet, 1 staff break room, 3 staff locker/closet, 1 computer lab, 18 cubicle space, 5 consult room, 1 conference/therapy room w/kitchen, 1 conference room. In the office space or in a common area, 1 male and 1 female handicapped accessible bathrooms and 1 staff lounge. On site or immediately adjacent to the property parking (e.g. parking garage or lot across the street that has a marked cross walk) for a minimum of 30 parking stalls is required and a capacity for 2 handicapped spaces is desired. Space must be within 2 blocks of a bus line. Space must meet all local, state, and Federal handicapped accessibility codes.
