- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 8,500 To 9,950 net usable square (NUSF) in Tyler, Texas for clinical use. The space must be continuous on no more than one (1) floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 72 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 5 years will be considered. Occupancy is required no later than February 2013. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area of Tyler, Texas: North:W. Northwest and E. Northeast Loop 323 South:W. Southwest and E. Southwest Loop 323 West: N. Northwest and S. Southwest Loop 323 East: N. Northeast and S. Southeast Loop 323 Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should contact Terri L.
