Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for one (1) System Analysis and Data Manager position in the US Naval Hospital Guam, Information Management Department. This contract is to provide direct professional services in the form of updating the Microsoft Sharepoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and the Command Web Sites (internal and external). This requirement is prepared in accordance with FAR 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 36 and FAR 37.6. NAICS Code: 541513. Set-aside status: Only if technically acceptable small business companies meet the government's requirements. Interested applicants may request a copy of the solicitation via e-mail or fax. Solicitation copy will be available on Monday, June 25th. All contractors willing to do business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database. To register, visit www.ccr.gov. Award will be based on the lowest bidder. Travel expenses and relocation costs to Guam are not authorized. Open to Guam-wide only. No phone calls.
