- The pre-proposal conference and site visit has been postponed to 19 July 2012 at 09:00 hours, local time, at the CILFT Conference Room, in the Cincu Training Area, Cincu, Romania, located at Centrul de Instruire pt Lupta al Fortelor Terestre U.M. 01495, Strada Principala, Localitate Cincu Judetal Brasov, 507045 Romania. The Cincu Training Area has one (1) access point along a secondary (county) road. Please reference Attachment Eight (8), Site Map. All attendees shall meet in the parking area on the side of the road, right outside the main gate. All prospective pre-proposal conference and site visit attendees shall provide their full name and passport / ID number, with nationality, to Mr. Darren Walls, Project Manager, via e-mail at Darren.R.Walls@usace.army.mil, no later than close of business on 6 July 2012, in order to be granted base access. All requests for information shall be sent to Ms. Christine Dye, via e-mail at Christine.M.Dye@usace.army.mil, and shall be accepted no later than ten (10) calendar days after the scheduled pre-proposal conference and site visit.
