- The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a sole source purchase order to Tricom Researach, Inc. Line item 0001 TCR-LCD-10 video monitor P/N 11000-00739 QTY 15. Line item 0002 TCR-CAB-BNC-BNC-RG-59 30ft. 75 OHM video cable P/N 77500-00433 QTY 15. Line item 0003 TCR-5590-2-PIN5590 to 2 PIN DC cable QTY 14. Line item 0004 TCR-AC-DC-21-2-PIN four way AC to DC power supply P/N 11000-00513 QTY 15. Line item 0005 TCR-CAB-2 30 2 PIN to PIN cable from AC/DC power supply to monitor 30ft P/N 11000-00740 QTY 15. Line item 0006 TCR-CAB-RPS-30 2 PIN TAJIMI to 2PIN MS3116F8-2S circular MIL connector from radio power supply to monitor 30ft P/N 77500-00732 QTY 15. This award is unrestricted, and in under North American Industry Classification System Code 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A). The Government believes that Tricom Research, Inc. is the only known source that has a patented proprietary, commercial product, and design expertise to provide this requirement. This notice is not a request for quote, however, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer, a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pgs. In length, single spaced, 12pt. font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 12p.m. central, 25 Jun 2012. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-12-P-0086, in the amount of NOT TO EXCEED $29,565.00.
