- Description
- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary for Road Repair, Maintenance and New Construction in accordance with specifications, drawings and sketches that will be attached. Contract will contain 1 base period with 1option year. Award of contract is subject availability of funding. The type of contract is a firm-fixed price IDIQ. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 237310 is applicable. Small business size standard is $33.5 million. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation by contacting Jeffrey Allred at the email address listed below or the solicitation and relative documents will be posted to ASFI/FBO once it is issued. You may sign up on the Interested Vendors List to received automated notification from ASFI when changes are made to the posting; however, contractors are responsible to monitor this website for further information concerning this procurement. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 10 days after issuance of this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Questions may be sent via facsimile or email. Verbal questions will not be addressed. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Please reference solicitation No. W911RP-12-B-0003. Acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation issue date on or after July 5, 2012, with an opening date at least 30 days after date of issue.
