- The following is incorporated into this solicitation as correction and or clarification. Closing date has been extended to June 25, 2012 (1400PST) D.2.1.1 Minimum Equipment Requirements (g) The current language on the QPL signifies as FS current policy and guidance. This information can be located at: http://www.fs.fed.us/rm/fire/wfcs/documents/qpl_we.pdf, under the QPL information. D.2.1.1 (r ) Requirements for Helicopter and Seat Support, (7) shall read as: For helicopter operations the plant must include at least one open-top mixed product rigid storage tank with a minimum opening diameter of 10 feet and a water depth of at least 8 feet, to permit filling of a 2,000 gallon helicopter bucket by dipping. Exhibit A is incorporated. This form will identify the type of Product the equipment provided is capable of mixing and loading including product. Also included under (5) is the method of environmental Containment System that will be used. The Equipment List for Mobile Water Enhancer Base will need to be completed no later than Monday, June 25, 2012. This information can be provided within the VIPR Vendor Application under Description. If you choose to complete outside of VIPR please contact me at 916-640-1064 for a copy of the form. Once completed you can fax to (916-640-1090) or emailed to me at pjgordon@fs.fed.us. Competition date for the Equipment List is June 25, 2012 (1400PST). Exhibit A EQUIPMENT LIST FOR Mobile Water Enhancer Base NOTE: Contractor to identify Equipment to be furnished Contractor shall Identify the type of Product the equipment provided is capable of mixing and loading. Type of product(s): ________________________________________________________________ 1.*300 feet of 3 Quick-Contect manifold 2.*Connecting hoses fittings, loading hoses and valves 3.*Water Enhancer testing kit 4.*Base tool kit and spare parts 5.*Environmental containment system for: a. Mobile Mixer/Tender b. Dip Tank/Open-top storage tank c. d. 6 *One open-top mixed product storage tank, minimum opening of 10 feet, water depth of at least 8 feet, (HelicopterOperations) (Please identify if rigid or collapsible). 7 *One open-top fresh water rinse tank of the same size identified in #6, (Helicopter Operations) (Please identify if rigid or collapsible). 8 *One open-top mixed product storage tank (SEAT operations), (Please identify if rigid or collapsible). 9 *One portable storage tank of at least 1500 gallon capacity, (Engine Support Operations). 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. *= Required Additional Equipment Available and Pricing (when order by the Government)
