- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement consists of Landscape Services contract with a performance period of three (3) months (or effective date of contract) in the base year, with the option to renew for two additional options with five (5) month performance periods. The area requiring services is approximately a 110-acre parcel of land with buildings, roads, walkways, and graveled areas covering over half of the acreage within the 10th SFG(A) complex on Fort Carson Colorado.
