Description: J&A #16,823 extended the POP for an additional 12 months from 30 September 2012 to 30 September 2013 to enable completion of the NGC2P Virtual Machine (VM) ECP implementation and RePLACE software upgrade. J&A #16,890 authorized the purchase of required Brand Name items, some from a specific source, for the ECP implementation and RePLACE software upgrade effort. SPAWAR 2.0 released an in scope, sole source contract modification under P00074. The mod was awarded on 24 May 2012. Please refer to attached J&As for full details.
