- Notice of Intent: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to issue a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract to Superior Communications Inc., 704 E. Gude Drive, Rockville, MD 20850-8314 for the procurement of Harris RF Communications Land Mobile Radios (LMR) that will support the communication operations at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), Arlington, VA. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POC identified in this notice within three (3) days. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
