- Map - LAX to Aerospace Map - Aerospace Campus Visit Request Information Form Registration Form Launch & Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Support Contract for Operations Support (LISC OS) Small Business Industry Day Purpose The purpose of the LISC Small Business Industry Day is to provide interested parties with familiarization of the contemplated LISC Strategy (particularly as it relates to the intended Small Business Set Aside, LISC OS) and the Launch Ranges. This event is intended to follow the anticipated, forthcoming release of Draft Request for Proposals for LISC OS and LISC OM&S. This will be a one-day event, to be held on 12 July 2012 at The Aerospace Corporation, 2310 E. El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, California, Bldg A-1, Titan-IV A/B Conference Rooms. Briefings will cover the LISC acquisition, Eastern Launch Range Mission and Support, and Western Launch Range Mission and Support. Non-participants will NOT be excluded from submitting a proposal in response to an RFP. Background In partnership with the 30th and 45th Space Wings, the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Spacelift Range and Network Systems Division (RN), Los Angeles Air Force Base, California is contemplating the feasibility of acquiring a long-term, follow-on contract that would consolidate the existing Spacelift Range System Contract (SLRS) contract, the Western Range Operations Communications and Information (WROCI) contract, and the Eastern Range Technical Services (ERTS) contract. As a component of the LISC acquisition, SMC/RN intends to establish a separate Small Business Set Aside contract (LISC OS) comprising a defined scope of the consolidated effort. The contemplated LISC OS will fall under Product Service Code M127 (Operation of Government-Owned Electronic and Communications Systems Facilities) and NAICS Code 561210 (Facilities Support Services) (Small Business Size Standard of $35.5M). Declaration This publication is for information only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or a change to a Draft Request for Proposal. The Air Force will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. In addition, non-participants will not be excluded from submitting a proposal in response to an RFP. Registration Registration is open to all interested parties, including potential Offerors for the contemplated LISC OM&S, and each company may send five (5) attendees. Depending on community response, the number of attendees permitted may be reduced due to facility limitations. Changes will be posted to FBO. - Companies intending to participate must complete the attached LSBID Registration form and submit it to the Primary and Alternate Points of Contact via e-mail no later than 1600 PST, 27 June 2012. - In addition, for Aerospace Campus access purposes, companies intending to participate must complete the attached LSBID Visit Request Information Form and submit it to the Primary and Alternate Points of Contact via e-mail no later than 1600 PST, 27 June 2012. Attendees who are U.S. Citizens must present a CURRENT, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED photo ID (ex. driver's license, military ID, or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form and Visit Request information form to gain entry into the event. (Park in Conference Parking and follow signs to event) Attendees who are Resident Aliens must present a valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card) in addition to CURRENT, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED photo ID (ex. driver's license, military ID, or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form and Visit Request information form to gain entry into the event. (Park in Conference Parking and follow signs to event) Attendees who are Foreign Nationals must present a CURRENT, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED photo ID (ex. driver's license, military ID, or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form and Visit Request information form to gain entry into the event. (Park in Visitor Center-2 Parking and go to Visitor Center-2 to sign in and meet escort) This is an UNCLASSIFIED event; no clearances are required. Restrictions No Videography, Photography, or Electronic Recording (including cell phones) shall be allowed inside the venue. No cameras are allowed inside of the conference area, including cell phones with cameras. All electronic devices will be OFF during events / briefings. Due to limited available parking for this event, participants are asked to carpool to the greatest extent possible. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis. Security will direct you toward Conference parking. Signs will direct attendees from the parking area to the A-1 building and event location. Foreign Nationals should enter the Aerospace Campus gate located on the East side of Douglas Street, South of the El Segundo Blvd & Douglas St intersection. Security will direct you toward Visitor Center #2 (VC2) parking. You MUST sign in and meet your assigned escort at VC2. Your escort will lead you from VC2 to the A-1 building and LSBID location. Attendees are restricted to the conference and parking areas and the path between these areas. All other portions of the Aerospace Campus are off limits to attendees.
