- Proposed issuance of W31P4Q-12-Q-0004 is planned to be on/or before 2 July 2012 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. NSN: 9999-99-999-9999, P/N: 13296387 and 13194437, Noun: Reinforcing Strap, Quantity: Basic of 6,500 each, Options of up to 9,800 each for FY 2012 and FY 2013. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL. First Article test is required. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Reinforcing Straps are to be manufactured in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) under Army Part Number 13296387 and 13194437. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted.
