The U.S. Government currently occupies 66,461 ABOASF of office and related space under a lease in Gettysburg, PA that expires on December 21, 2013. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's unique requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)Parking Ratio 3)Legal description 4)One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 5)ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 6)Rentable Square Feet Offered 7)Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 8)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
