- ACVC Industry Day Information Date: 28 JUN 2012 Time: 0900 - 1600 (1200-1300 lunch break on own) Location: Fort Belvoir Officers Club Room: Valley Forge - check event board Physical Address: 5500 Schulz Circle Building 20 Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 An Industry Day for the Advanced Combat Vehicle Crewman - Helmet (ACVC-H) effort will be held on 28 June 2012 in the Belvoir Room at the Fort Belvoir Officer's Club, 5500 Schultz Circle #20, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6102 starting at 9:00 am EST. A draft RFP (W91CRB-12-R-0042) has been posted to Army Single Face to Industry website (ASFI) https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Please respond with feedback and comments /questions by July 3 2012. Interested vendors must RSVP to Mr. Keith Magaw at keith.a.magaw.civ@mail.mil by 4:00pm EST on 26 June 2012 and provide the name(s) of those attending on their behalf. Attendees must be U.S. citizens. Each company is allowed a maximum of three (3) attendees due to limited space. We will not be able to accommodate any reservations that come in after the stated date/time. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis or until capacity has been met. Interested vendors have the option to request to be scheduled for a one-on-one breakout meeting with ACC-APG/PEO Soldier as well. If an offeror is interested in a breakout session they must request it via email and will be provided a time slot for their breakout session. Breakout sessions will occur after the opening remarks have been completed and will last no more than fifteen (15) minutes per company. The schedule of breakout meetings will be determined by the Government and cannot be changed or altered. Please plan to attend the Industry Day from 9:00am through 4:00pm as the breakout meeting schedule will not be provided until 27 June 2012. Access to Fort Belvoir for non-CAC holders: All visitors must check in at the Tulley Gate Visitor Center. Directions to Fort Belvoir (Tulley Gate): From Washington DC (I-95 South) If you are traveling south on I-95, take the Fairfax Parkway/Backlick Road (7100) exit 166 A. Take the Fairfax County Parkway to its end at U.S. Rt. 1 (Richmond Highway.) Turn left. At the first light, on the right, is the entrance for Tulley Gate on to Fort Belvoir. All visitors to Fort Belvoir without DOD decals on their vehicles must use Tulley Gate. From Richmond (I-95 North) If you are traveling north on I-95 North, take the Fort Belvoir Exit 161 B. (U.S. Rt 1 -- Richmond Highway) You will travel five miles to Fort Belvoir. Continue through the light at the Fairfax County Parkway (VA 7100). At the next stop light, on the right side you will see the entrance for Tulley Gate, turn right. Directions from Tulley Gate to the Fort Belvoir Officers Club: 1)Continue on Pohick Road 2)Turn Right onto Gunston Road (2nd light) 3)Turn Left onto 23rd Street 4)Turn right onto Belvoir Drive 5)Make a slight Left onto Woodlawn Drive 6)Make a slight left onto Schulz Circle The Officers Club will be on your right hand side.
