Conference LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona CONFERENCE DATES: August 13-16, 2012 No alternate dates shall be accepted ATTENDEES: 91 BASIC ACCOMODATION REQUIREMENTS: Guest Rooms: 91 - A block of rooms shall be held; rooms paid individually by traveler Conference space: General session meeting room - 91 people Break out room - 30 people Catering: Breakfast, lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments daily NOTE: Pricing - See the attached Statement of Work, Section K, 2. A summary page shall be included that itemizes all items providing a grand total of the quote. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) shall be updated and current at time of response to be considered. See Statement of Work Section I. Questions shall be submitted via email only to the contracting officer: Susan Smerdel, susan.smerdel@sba.gov Quotes and responses will only be accepted via email to susan.smerdel@sba.gov and shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Friday, July 6, 2012.
