- Draft PWS for Linen Services for Moody AFB. This is a Sources Sought FA4830-12-R-0018 announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine interested parties participation in the acquisition. This requirement is proposed to be a 100% Small Business set-aside; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 812320 are being sought as sources for consideration for the forthcoming solicitation. The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Linen Services at Moody Air Force Base. The designated NAICS Code is 812320 Agents, laundry and dry-cleaning with size standard of $5.0 Million dollars. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought number FA4830-12-R-0018. Your response shall include the following information: • SBA designation (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Business name • CAGE code • Name of Point of contact • Email address • Phone and fax numbers • Size standard of company Information will be sent to A1C Nektarios Capilos at Email: nektarios.capilos@moody.af.mil. Requested information must be received NLT 9:00 AM Eastern, 26 June 2012. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
