- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1892068AQ01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 effective 18 May 2012, Defense DPN 20120522 effective 22 May 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330 effective 30 March 2012. This acquisition is for a Mega Station Maintenance contract on Travis AFB. the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561499, and the business size standard is $7M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J059. This acquisition shall be a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements are as follows: Annual service agreement for Kardex/Remstar "Megastation" & "Megalift" automated storage and retrieval system. See attached Statement of Work, (SOW) CLIN 0001: Includes one preventative maintenance (service/inspection) call and one customer requested courtesy inspection by a factory trained technician, unlimited emergency service calls, unlimited technical phone support and all parts and labor except for service calls resulting from operator error, neglect, and/or abuse.
