- List of Buildings and Components Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Performance Work Statement Solicitation The 341st Contracting Squadron hereby issues a solicitation for a commercial services contract for security alarm maintenance at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The requirement is restricted to small business entities for a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 561621, with a small business size standard of $12.5M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform alarm maintenance services to approximately 35 facilities located on Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT. The performance work statement defines the services required, performance standards, performance thresholds (minimum acceptable levels of service) and methods of surveillance. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period from date of award, plus four 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) and a single award will be made based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. The RFP number is FA4626-12-R-0021. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is anticipated 7 days after solicitation release. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
