Description

AGAR 452.209 - 70 Product specifications i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. AG-0202-S-0006 is issued as a request for quotation. iii. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500. iv. USDA-ARS, Aberdeen, Idaho has a requirement for a new spectrophotometer food analyzer in support of their research efforts. The estimated award is between $50,000 and $100,000. Analyzer must follow ISO 12099 Guidelines: "Animal feedstuffs, cereals and milled cereal products - guidelines for the application of near infrared spectrometry." 400-2500nm Wavelength range. See attached product specifications. Brand name or equal. v. Deliver 60 days from award. vi. The FAR Clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and AGAR 452.209-70 are incorporated by reference.
