- DLA Land and Maritime is soliciting for acquisition of 838 non-metallic hose assemblies. The Government does not possess any drawings or specifications for this item. The Government is procuring this item based on a part number from Hamilton Sunstrand Corporation (55820) P/N 4951516. All responsible contractors may submit an offer for consideration. Evaluation factors include price, past performance, and proposed delivery. All other factors other than price when combined will be approximately equal to price. The solicitation for this will be posted to DIBBS on or about July 3, 2012. The solicitation will be available at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ The following notes apply to this solicitation: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
