This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Albany, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about July 3, 2012 to install tile on the floor and walls of a men's room, Project No. 528A8-12. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to remove existing flooring and install the new tile per drawings and specifications. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is less than $25,000. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the solicitation.
